I'm not a horror movies guy. 

I actually have had persistent nightmares from horror films I saw more than a decade ago.

For "fun", thought I'd list the horror movies that have had the worst impact (in order, give or take). Not for me to say...maybe that makes them particularly scary (?) if that's your thing. Some of these are not even technically in the genre.

Here's an example of one that is good, however, it's hard to say if being subjected to watching this repeatedly was all that healthy: Silent Hill

Turns out, I've seen a lot of horror movies and some of them didn't seem all that freaky. Some I even like. It's only certain types that appear to really get to me. Let's avoid a deep dive for my sake.
