You have a new boulder to push up a hill each day regardless of whether one particular indicator, such as a tech company’s attention economy tricks, say you’ve finished something. It’s just bending to their whims.

Such good advice. I love crossing things off the list. If it is a hard thing, so much the better. Dreading the task is so much worse than doing the task.
