I was asked about good places to submit reviews of a poetry collection and realized this is an area where my knowledge is lacking.
Early in my days getting serious about participation in the literary community, I started writing reviews. I wrote many reviews for a market (Gently Read Literature) that is sadly defunct. I wrote a number of reviews for NewPages. I wrote a couple reviews for Foreword Review. I was young and inexperienced and the FR person I interacted with at the time had no patience for my learning curve.
Kirkus Reviews has long seemed like kind of a big deal… and, of course, there’s The New York Review of Books, which seems more for the fancy pants novelists (or that seemed to be the case circa early 2010s when I paid closer attention to their content).
I posed the question regarding ‘where to submit poetry book reviews’ on Facebook and received useful feedback. Some of that information is included in this list and comments below.

Notable suggestions came from people including, Sheila Wellehan, who suggested, “Journals that first published poems included in the book are a great place to start.”
Poet and critic, Ernest Hilbert, notes: “In my experience, any literary magazine that runs book reviews (many if not most do) is happy to see them. Well written reviews are scarcer than poetry in terms of what comes over the transom. A newly launched magazine in London will only consider poetry submissions from an author who also submits a review of another poet's work at the same time.”
Aiden Hunt recommends, “The Adroit Journal, Jacket2, Another Chicago Magazine, Tupelo Quarterly, On the Seawall” as well as Philly Poetry Chapbook Review (PCR), which Aiden edits, publishes reviews of poetry chapbooks.

Hi
The Pedestal Magazine publishes book reviews, and John Amen , the publisher is very good to work with. They also pay a small stipend for reviews and for poetry.

Hope this helps
