The Pedestal Magazine publishes book reviews, and John Amen , the publisher is very good to work with. They also pay a small stipend for reviews and for poetry.
Rhino lit mag has a separate review section, editor Angela Narciso Torres is wonderful; they did reviews of Political and New Voices: Contemporary Writers Confronting the Holocaust both award-winning books of mine and both excellently and perceptively examined by Robbi Nester.
Thanks- this is a helpful list. I recently had a poetry book review accepted by Sugar House Review. I am very impressed with how they handled the process. Their editing suggestions on the review were insightful, and improved the review. This is a journal I’ll go back to with future reviews. (I did target them because the book I was reviewing was by an author whose poetry they had published - and I’m sure that helped.)
One thing I found in submitting the review to various journals is that requirements for formatting the review, and even the style of the review, vary a lot, and many journals are very specific about the requirements. Do read submission guidelines carefully. I had expected to be able to find a standard format and length and then submit the review to half a dozen places. Nope, nope, nope. I had to reformat and do some rewriting (style, focus, etc) for each submission.

Sorry! Yes, obviously!! I should have included this. A no brainer.
Some magazines write reviews themselves. I think Tupelo does, though I'm not sure
